How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh to order and contain no preservatives. They stay delicious for up to 7 days in their original packaging at room temperature, or up to 3 months if frozen immediately upon arrival.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of both gluten-free and vegan flavors. Please note that while we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, all our cookies are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
How long does shipping take?
We ship nationwide via express couriers to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and transit time usually takes 2-3 days depending on your location.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your cookies leave our kitchen, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
